User license administration was managed centrally across all SAP systems through Solution Manager SLAW2, and ongoing collaboration occurred with SAP Basis, BI, HCM, Active Directory and Telephony teams to maintain end to end operational integrity. Governance activities included maintaining security and IDM documentation and supporting both internal and external auditing processes, reinforcing access control and audit readiness. Operational ownership emphasized role based provisioning, ongoing troubleshooting procedures, and cross team workflows to manage user lifecycle, security reporting and license entitlements within the SAP HCM (HR) Core HR environment.
