Department heads were cross trained to operate approvals and streamline operations, establishing governance across finance and business units. The finance team served as point of contact for external consultants during the conversion from Salesforce to NetSuite Accounting System, indicating a Salesforce to Oracle NetSuite ERP data migration and integration effort.
Operational scope extended to ad hoc corporate filings and analyses administered through Oracle NetSuite ERP financial workflows, including city forgivable loan applications, business property tax filings, corporate tax return filings and budget to actual variance analysis.
