Zia Consulting served as the implementation partner, delivering a clustered runtime architecture and persistence tier configuration to support internet scale operation, and integrating the BPM runtime with Nexant operational systems through API based connectors and standard data exchange patterns. Operational coverage included Nexant operations in the United States and business functions in rebate administration, field equipment replacement coordination, and client support. Governance and enablement work focused on empowering Nexant to make process changes internally, establishing process owner stewardship and change control around model updates and deployment promotion. The project delivered faster processing, greater scalability at internet scale, and reduced errors for customer facing workflows, while enabling Nexant teams to update processes without dependence on external development for routine changes.
