FIS Global Legacy FIS GETPAID AR Automation ERP n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Tribune Media implemented FIS GETPAID for AR Automation to centralize collections operations and standardize receivables workflows. The work led multiple initiatives to support the third party collections software FIS GETPAID and to consolidate collections data into a single AR Automation platform. Implementation work centered on improvements in data extracts and mapping of DAX AR data, specifically capturing customer information, balance details and transaction information for use within FIS GETPAID. Configuration activity focused on field-level mapping, standardized extract formats and staging of collections records to enable consistent collections processing and workflow orchestration. The project integrated DAX AR data feeds into FIS GETPAID to provide a single source of truth for collections activity, supporting accounts receivable and collections teams operating from one system. Operational coverage emphasized centralization of customer and transaction records to streamline collector access and reduce manual reconciliation across data sources. Governance changes included establishing data mapping standards and centralized collections processes across finance, accounts receivable and collections functions. These efforts resulted in efficient and centralized collection efforts from one system, with FIS GETPAID serving as the AR Automation hub for collections-related data and workflows.
