SunSystems was configured to operate alongside the partner console to ensure agent and affiliate records were provisioned in both the finance ledger and the partner portal, supporting monthly agent and affiliate invoice and statement batching. Operational coverage concentrated on the travel insurance business, agent and affiliate billing, and commission payment flows, with transactional workflows mapped into the ERP Financial system for accounting and collections. Governance and workflow changes introduced with the deployment included structured monthly batching of invoices and statements, approval controls for commission and refund payments, and routine internal reporting and monitoring of aged debtors. These process controls were implemented to formalize end to end debtor management, collection allocation, and commission payment workflows under the oversight of the Group Accounts Payable Manager.
