| ADP | Legacy | ADP Vantage Time and Attendance | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 NICE implemented ADP Vantage Time and Attendance to centralize workforce timekeeping and paid time off across four legal entities operating in North America, including Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. The ADP Vantage Time and Attendance deployment served as the primary Time and Attendance application supporting HR and benefits administration workflows.
Configuration focused on core time capture and absence management capabilities, PTO accrual and tracking, and reporting to support benefits administration. The implementation aligned ADP Vantage Time and Attendance with ongoing benefits operations including administration of Health and Wellness, 401k, Disability, and PTO programs. ADP Vantage Time and Attendance was used alongside ADP eTime and ADP Vantage HCM time and attendance systems to manage employee paid time off and to consolidate time data for HR processes.
Integrations explicitly included ADP eTime and ADP Vantage HCM time and attendance systems, creating a time data flow between time capture and HRIS level processes. Operational ownership was centered in HR and benefits teams, with HRIS representatives, managers, and affected employees engaged in daily system use and troubleshooting. The implementation supported cross-functional activities such as annual benefits and compensation surveys for McLagan, Radford, and Mercer and regular updates to employee-facing benefits content.
Governance and process work accompanied the technical rollout, with NICE coordinating the design and communication of annual benefit enrollment materials and Total Reward Statements, and delivering education sessions including presentations to C-Suite stakeholders. Processes were established to capture and maintain consistent benefit related data, perform employee data auditing and reporting, monitor plan limits and eligibility for compliance, and provide guidance to managers and employees on program provisions. This combination of ADP Vantage Time and Attendance technology and tightened governance positioned HR to manage day to day time and attendance operations and benefits administration within the company.
