Governance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was managed within NIKAs IT Governance Framework, with IT owning procurement, vendor relationships, and annual software budgets. The IT team established process change controls, rolled out configuration and workflow automation in coordination with business stakeholders, and presented IT SOFT reports at monthly business reviews to executive leadership to maintain alignment and oversight. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central served as the firmwide ERP Financial backbone integrated into NIKA Solutions back office landscape, with operational ownership in finance and program management and ongoing support from internal application development and BI teams.
