Project governance was led through Information Technology and the Project Management Office with business representatives from Treasury and the Business Planning and Analysis unit owning requirements, test plans, training documentation and deployment memos. Ongoing operations include monthly maintenance, troubleshooting and report development, issue escalation and prioritization of defects, and documented current state to future state process changes, with activities that explicitly enabled closure of over 150 inaccurate open headcount records in the Workday system.
