Nordam Technographics, Software Purchases, AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Nordam and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 2500 Nordam employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Nordam has purchased the following applications: FIS GETPAID for AR Automation in 2013, UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) for Time and Attendance in 1999, Continuum Corridor Aviation Service for Aviation ERP in 2015 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Nordam is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with FIS Global , UKG , Continuum Applied Technology or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Nordam revenues, which have grown to $480.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Nordam intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Nordam implemented FIS GETPAID as part of an AR Automation initiative tied to a broader SAP FICO modernization. The effort ran alongside a technical and functional upgrade from R/3 4.7 to ECC 6.0 for the FICO team, positioning FIS GETPAID to operate within the new ECC landscape and support accounts receivable automation and remittance handling.
Configuration work focused on core financial modules, with revised settings applied to AP, AR, GL, and Treasury to support new workflows. Nordam configured and implemented Cash Management, Liquidity Forecasting, and Cash Position functionality in ECC, and documented real time integration behavior in the New General Ledger, while recommending, developing, configuring, testing, and implementing additional functionality where appropriate to align AR Automation with SAP controls.
Operational integration included a re-implementation of Electronic Bank Statement processing to accommodate JPMorgan changes for statement download and upload, and the introduction of multiple AP payment methods such as checks, ACHs, wires, and electronic submission of payment remittance advices to reduce reliance on third party channels. Nordam led a bank consolidation across the group, which produced a stated annual banking fee reduction, and executed an elimination process for external payment platforms including Bottomline and GetPaid to simplify the receivables and payables topology.
Governance and rollout activities included decomposition and gap analysis for new processes, end user documentation and training on real time GL integration, and the implementation of SAP FI Dunning and Dispute Management to absorb dispute and dunning workflows previously handled by third party tooling. The combination of these technical, process, and configuration actions aligned FIS GETPAID integration with SAP ECC finance modules and supported a consolidation of external AR Automation components into the SAP-centric financial operations stack.

| UKG | Legacy | UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 1999 | 1999 |
In 1999, Nordam implemented UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) for Time and Attendance. The deployment established the application as Nordam's centralized time capture and labor data repository, responsible for gathering and editing employee hours and payroll inputs that supported downstream financial workflows.
UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper was configured with time capture and timekeeper editing capabilities, data validation routines, and payroll data extraction to prepare inputs for payroll processing. The implementation explicitly served accounts receivable and accounts payable use cases by providing labor and payroll data gathering and editing from the Kronos Timekeeper system, positioning the application as the authoritative source for time and labor data used by finance teams.
Operational governance emphasized role based permissions for timekeepers and managers, approval queues for edits, and audit logging to maintain edit traceability and support payroll reconciliation. Process changes focused on formalizing timekeeper editing workflows and structured handoffs into payroll and finance, aligning Time and Attendance operations with Nordam's payroll and accounting procedures.

| Continuum Applied Technology | Legacy | Continuum Corridor Aviation Service | Aviation ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Nordam implemented Continuum Corridor Aviation Service as a Aviation ERP deployment at its Tulsa, Oklahoma operations, initiating a multi-year program that ran through May 2017. The Continuum Corridor Aviation Service implementation supported regulatory compliance and production verification workflows for aircraft completions, interiors, structures, and electrical systems at the Tulsa site.
The deployment centered on modules for engineering dispositions, quality assurance inspection workflows, audit and conformity documentation, parts and revision control, and avionics test and repair sequencing. Continuum Corridor Aviation Service was used to record verified engineer dispositions to comply with aircraft design and FAA regulation, to manage QA inspection procedures for avionic components including circuit boards and soldering, and to capture conformity documentation produced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and shared as PDF.
Operational integration included exchange or co-usage with established engineering and PLM tools, specifically CATIA V5, AutoCad, Auto Frame Maker, GPLM, Enovia, Corridor, VISUAL Enterprise, SAP, Livelink, Smart Team and Microsoft software, enabling verification of dispositions and cross-referencing of part numbers and revision references. The system covered production and quality functions in the Avionics Back Shop and broader production review processes, supporting inspections, testing records, and traceability for parts and assemblies.
Governance and process controls were formalized through CCA compliance audits led and reported to top management, structured root cause analysis for corrective actions addressing engineering errors and design issues, and audit workflows that enforced sign-offs, dates, stamps and references to latest revisions. Continuum Corridor Aviation Service therefore functioned as the Aviation ERP backbone for documented conformity, quality audit trails, and engineered disposition control across engineering, quality assurance and production functions at Nordam.
