Telephony and contact center integration used CTI and Avaya, and operational toolchains included MS Office and MS Outlook for agent workflows and Kronos Time and Attendance for workforce scheduling, supporting customer service and back office teams. Governance and operational changes emphasized standardized billing analyst workflows and a Billing and Payment Analyst role that managed master data updates, dispute resolution, service disruption handling, disconnection and reconnect processing, and coordination with back office teams for reconnection. The platform was structured to centralize billing and customer care processes, enable converged account management, and formalize payment arrangement and reconnection procedures within the ERP Financial environment.

UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper was positioned as the central Time and Attendance system to support those governance and performance management objectives.
