Operationally the project centralized rostering, time capture and payroll flows across the five sites, creating a single operational data stream for HR and payroll processing and improving event labour forecasting. Integrations were focused on linking roster and time and attendance records into payroll flows and the employee self-service interface to ensure leave records and worked hours reconciled for payroll and scheduling decisions. Governance changes included standardized leave policies and consistent approval workflows across venues, with a centralized approach to payroll administration. The case study reports approximately 60% payroll administration savings and improved event labour forecasting following the Roubler Leave Management deployment.
