| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2012 | 2013 |
NV Energy implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP in 2012 as its ERP Financial platform to support corporate finance, FP&A, and capital planning activities. The implementation served as the central financial system for budgeting, financial reporting, and project billing workflows across the finance organization.
Configuration and functional scope focused on financial reporting, budget development, business intelligence enablement, and query development within Oracle PeopleSoft ERP. Workstreams included query and report development for monthly and year end outlook projections, accrual procedure configuration, and support for project partnership billing and accounting workflows. These efforts reflect standard ERP Financial capabilities such as general ledger orchestration, budget control, and project accounting aligned to FP&A processes.
Operational coverage targeted corporate finance stakeholders, including Finance analysts preparing presentations for the Investment Review Board and the Resource Allocation Committee, and teams responsible for 1 to 3 year and 10 year capital and O&M planning. The Oracle PeopleSoft ERP deployment was paired with business intelligence development and instruction to drive consistent reporting and to embed financial queries into regular decision forums. Integration emphasis was on embedding PeopleSoft financials into reporting and FP&A workflows rather than introducing new external vendor integrations.
Governance and process work included detailed accrual procedure development, annual accounting audit support, and structured monthly and year end outlook processes. NV Energy also ran efficiency projects alongside the PeopleSoft work, which delivered improved execution, increased communication, and increased efficiency across financial planning and reporting functions.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2008 | 2018 |
In 2008 NV Energy implemented Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to centralize Core HR processes across HR operations, payroll, compliance, and leave management. The deployment placed Oracle PeopleSoft HCM at the center of HR data entry and payroll processing workflows, supporting oversight of up to 11 HR staff responsible for HR metrics, audit, federal and state compliance, and OFCCP reporting.
The implementation included hands on ownership of an Oracle Enterprise upgrade from 8.9 to 9.1 and a project lead role for rollout of the v9.1 eProfile and Manager Desktop components. Functional modules and capabilities explicitly supported included HCM core administration, Talent Management, Manager Desktop, ePerformance, Query, payroll processing, and Leave Management covering Short and Long Term Disability Plans and Workers Compensation.
Operational coverage extended to preparation and submission of HR data requests for the Public Utilities Commission, and conversion of more than 3,000 employee records to an electronic, paperless processing model. The program combined day to day HR operations with regulatory reporting and audit workflows, consolidating record retention and HR metrics under Oracle PeopleSoft HCM for Core HR business functions.
Governance and process work was led through multiple project teams focused on Data Integrity, RFPs and vendor selection, and implementation of vendors for candidate screening and contingent workforce management. The program also included preparation of capital business cases and use statements, and ongoing budget ownership including monitoring headcount and a reduction in force of 3 FTEs.

| Hitachi Vantara | Legacy | Hitachi Ventyx FocalPoint Suite | Asset Performance Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2007 | 2008 |
In 2007, NV Energy implemented Hitachi Ventyx FocalPoint Suite. The Hitachi Ventyx FocalPoint Suite was deployed as an Asset Performance Management solution to support the management of transmission assets and to provide NV Energy with a modern integrated platform for managing its transmission and distribution systems.
NV Energy configured core Asset Performance Management capabilities in the Hitachi Ventyx FocalPoint Suite, including an enterprise asset registry, condition based monitoring integration points, work management interfaces for maintenance planning, and analytics to support failure mode and health trend analysis. Configuration emphasized standardized asset master data and workflow orchestration to align operations and engineering teams around preventive and condition driven maintenance processes.
The implementation integrated with NV Energy Network Manager DMS and complemented the Network Manager SCADA DMS deployment, enabling real time condition feeds from SCADA into the APM environment. Operational coverage targeted transmission and distribution systems across NV Energy service territory, reflecting the utility footprint in northern and southern Nevada including the Las Vegas Valley and the Reno Sparks metropolitan area where NV Energy also provides natural gas service.
Governance work focused on centralizing asset data and establishing role based access and operational workflows for control room operators and field maintenance crews, creating an integrated platform for coordinated transmission and distribution operations. The combined APM and Network Manager DMS architecture delivered a modernized operational platform for NV Energy to manage transmission assets and support ongoing distribution operational needs.
