| Profidata Group | Legacy | Profidata e-AMIS Customer Management | CRM and Investor Relationship Management | Investment Management | n/a | 2012 | 2012 | In 2012, Raiffeisen's asset-management entities implemented Profidata e-AMIS Customer Management. Profidata e-AMIS Customer Management, a CRM and Investor Relationship Management application, was used to create an automated investment process across affiliated banks in Austria, enabling rapid model-based rebalancing and integrated order generation. Configuration centered on model-based rebalancing workflows, automated order generation and pre-trade compliance checks as core functional capabilities. The implementation leveraged Profidata e-AMIS Customer Management to support high-volume portfolio rebalancing and to embed compliance gates prior to order creation, while CRM and Investor Relationship Management capabilities were applied to align client records and portfolio models with automated execution workflows. Integrations routed generated orders into trading workflows and upstream compliance validation to enable end-to-end order creation within the application environment. Governance and rollout focused on operational automation for wealth management activities across Raiffeisen's asset-management units in Austria, with configurations to schedule rebalancing events, enforce pre-trade checks and reduce manual handoffs in investment operations. The deployment supported improved operational automation for Raiffeisen's wealth management activities and high-volume portfolio rebalancing as stated. | |
