The implementation focused on Financial Accounting and Controlling capabilities within SAP ERP ECC 6.0, configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and structured period end close workflows. Configuration work included chart of accounts alignment, posting rule design, and period closing controls to preserve functional parity and operational performance. CODiLOG managed test planning, cutover sequencing, and staged rollout across OCP finance and accounting functions within its distribution operations in France. The engagement produced a customer testimonial and a video testimony documenting OCPs satisfaction with the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 upgrade and CODiLOGs support. Project governance relied on staged validation gates, parallel testing cycles, and schedule driven cutover checkpoints to meet the Respect for the schedule objective. CODiLOG applied SAP upgrade best practices to maintain Iso performance and Iso features while supporting OCPs transition to SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
