The deployment operated natively on the Salesforce platform and was managed through Okta's Salesforce.com instance, enabling CRM to PSA record flows and consolidated project, time, and financial data.
Governance was centralized under the Salesforce.com Administrator, who also led efforts to define and implement IT SOX controls, establishing control points for configuration changes, release management, and user access provisioning. Change control and configuration governance were implemented within the Salesforce administration practice to align delivery, finance, and IT processes and maintain compliance.
