TINYpulse Legacy TINYpulse Employee Experience HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Olympia Federal Savings implemented TINYpulse, an Employee Experience application to capture continuous employee feedback. The bank adopted TINYpulse after identifying that annual employee surveys produced stale information, and leadership sought a mechanism to surface timely, actionable suggestions. TINYpulse was configured to deliver frequent pulse surveys alongside a suggestion board and voting capability so employees could submit ideas and peers could vote to surface priorities. Implementation focused on the platform's pulse survey cadence, anonymity controls, suggestion ranking by votes, and leader-facing dashboards for trending sentiment and top-voted items. Operational ownership centered on HR and executive leadership reviewing the TINYpulse suggestion queue and using vote counts to prioritize initiatives, creating a repeating review cadence to inform action planning. The deployment supported organization-wide coverage of the bank's approximately 120 employees, aligning people operations and leadership workflows to a continuous feedback loop. As implemented, TINYpulse enabled leadership to examine employee suggestions and rank them by votes, ensuring that prioritization was driven by collective input so initiatives under consideration reflected highest perceived impact. Governance was adjusted to make voting-based prioritization part of regular decision making, with HR coordinating reviews and leadership accountable for progressing top-voted items.

Fiserv Fiserv Cleartouch Bank Platform Fiserv Precision Bank Platform Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Olympia Federal Savings migrated from Fiserv Cleartouch Bank Platform to Fiserv Precision Bank Platform. The project consolidated Core Banking operations at the 120 employee community bank headquartered in Olympia, Washington, establishing Fiserv Precision Bank Platform as the institution's primary core application. The Fiserv Precision Bank Platform was configured to support core deposit and transaction processing, account maintenance, teller operations and posting workflows that align with Core Banking functional requirements. Configuration work emphasized product definition parameterization, posting and batch schedules, and automation of routine posting and reconciliation workflows to align with branch operating processes. The implementation integrated Fiserv Precision with other named banking adjuncts in the environment, including Nautilus Cold Storage and Prologue, while coexisting with additional Fiserv applications. Network and security architecture changes accompanied the core cutover, including installation of Palo Alto firewalls at branch locations to establish IPSec tunnelling to the main data center, and upgrades to HPE and Cisco switching infrastructure to support increased internet bandwidth and redundancy at remote sites. Operational governance and endpoint management were revised during the rollout, with an overhaul of Ivanti patch management to standardize endpoint patching and the installation and configuration of Microsoft Intune MDM to allow retirement of IBM MaaS360. System administration coverage included ongoing monitoring, procurement and configuration of server and workstation hardware, and continuous management of Fiserv Precision Bank Platform as the bank's Core Banking application.
