| Genpact | Legacy | Genpact Cora APFlow | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2021 | 2022 |
In 2021 Olympus implemented Genpact Cora APFlow as part of a global GBS transformation to consolidate accounts payable, deploying an AP Automation solution to create a unified AP user experience across multiple ERPs. The deployment targeted finance and accounts payable operations and centralized processing to support roughly 200,000 invoices annually across nine countries, with coverage explicitly called out across Asia and broader global regions.
Genpact Cora APFlow was configured to provide end to end AP Automation capabilities including automated invoice capture, workflow orchestration for approvals, exception routing and electronic payment orchestration, alongside persistent audit trails for invoice lifecycle events. Configuration emphasized standardized invoice workflows and configurable rules to harmonize processing across disparate ERP posting and approval requirements.
The implementation integrated with multiple ERPs to enable straight through processing where possible and to provide a single operational view for AP teams within the GBS construct, while retaining region specific posting and tax handling in local systems. Operational scope included centralized processing hubs and regional AP teams, with shared services governance to manage exceptions, supplier inquiries and reconciliation touchpoints.
Governance and process restructuring were executed through the GBS program to standardize controls, improve visibility and establish a single audit trail across countries, improving operational transparency and control. Outcomes reported included faster payments, improved invoice visibility and enhanced audit trails across Asia and global regions, aligning AP processing and control under the Genpact Cora APFlow AP Automation deployment.

In 2017, Olympus implemented Unit4 Prosoft HRMS to consolidate HR master data and standardize Core HR processes during a focused June to December 2017 engagement for Olympus Pte Ltd. The deployment concentrated on employee master records, leave and attendance handling, organizational charting for six departments, and payroll readiness across the Singapore HR remit within the broader Olympus organization.
The Unit4 Prosoft HRMS implementation included extensive data migration and validation work, with HR teams organising, transferring and validating records migrated from SAGE and ZAPPER into Unit4 Prosoft HRMS, achieving an explicit 100% accuracy claim for the migration. Configuration emphasized employee data structures, absence and leave workflows, and generation of bi-annual organizational charts for six departments, aligning Core HR functional capabilities with existing HR reporting needs.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BW (Business Warehouse) | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Olympus implemented SAP BW (Business Warehouse), a Data Warehouse application from SAP, to improve financial close efficiency. The work was led by an in-house SAP project manager with accounting responsibility, aligning the deployment to corporate close and consolidation objectives.
The SAP BW deployment prioritized financial data modeling, extraction and transformation workflows, and reporting layers to support period-end reconciliation and consolidated financial close processes. Configuration efforts included building ETL from SAP ERP systems, designing BW data models and provisioning reporting objects to aggregate ledgers and subledger details for close orchestration.
SAP BW was integrated with SAP ERP 6.0 and operated alongside a Hyperion environment that Olympus upgraded for global consolidated reporting, creating a coherent data supply chain for accounting and consolidation. Operational scope centered on corporate accounting and finance teams and included coordination for subsidiary company mergers and branching within the SAP landscape as part of broader accounting system governance.
Governance relied on internal project management and accounting subject-matter ownership to align data structures with statutory requirements and business change, including Japan VAT reform initiatives that the team managed. The implementation positioned SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as the centralized Data Warehouse for financial close efficiency and consolidated reporting at Olympus.
