In 2019 OneMain Financial implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to centralize core finance processes and establish a unified ERP Financial environment for treasury, accounting, procurement and asset management. This deployment occurred after earlier Oracle Fusion Financials work that delivered Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Procurement into production in October 2016, and the 2019 Oracle Cloud ERP implementation extended that foundation into an enterprise-wide financial platform.
The implementation included configuration and rollout of core modules, specifically Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets and support for the General Ledger, consistent with ERP Financial functional scope. Implementation activities documented in the project included requirements capture, configuration documentation, testing and installation, with ongoing configuration work to support automation of supplier invoice delivery and consolidation of business unit activity to a common enterprise solution.
Operational integrations and financial workflows were designed to feed Treasury reporting and planning, the Oracle Cloud ERP receiving inputs from Cash Management and Financial Planning to produce a daily cash position and daily liquidity forecast. Treasury use cases supported by the platform included programmatic securitization activity labeled OMFIT, coordination for seven securitization deals totaling $8 billion in funding, issuance support for $2.5 billion of corporate debt, and establishment and reporting for a $3 billion warehouse facility, with transaction mapping and investor reporting aligned to accounting and finance requirements.
Governance and runbook practices were established through partnership with implementation consultants to document processes and test controls, with post-production support focused on resolving processing issues, supplier invoice automation, journal entry review and cash movement reconciliation. The Oracle Cloud ERP implementation sits at the center of OneMain Financial ERP Financial operations and supports treasury reporting, funding activities, servicing reconciliations and enterprise procurement and fixed asset management.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2020 |
In 2018, OneMain Financial implemented Workday Benefits for Benefits Administration to centralize employee benefits lifecycle management across its HR organization. The deployment supported a national lender with approximately 9,100 employees and an operating footprint that includes nearly 1,600 branches across 44 states, aligning benefits processes with broader Workday HCM objectives.
Workday Benefits was configured to manage enrollment workflows, eligibility rules, lifecycle events, and benefits reporting, with Workday Report Writer used to build custom reports and dashboards. The implementation leveraged Workday tools including Enterprise Interface Builder and Workday Studio to orchestrate inbound and outbound integrations, automated enrollment feeds, and data extracts for downstream processing.
Operational coverage spanned HR, Payroll, and Recruiting functions, with the HRIS team providing ongoing configuration, troubleshooting, and change control. Documented responsibilities included business process mapping, workflow definition, testing scripts, and data validation for headcount, tax reporting, general ledger and compliance scenarios, while Workday security role modeling and domain security were applied to govern access to benefits data.
Governance emphasized stakeholder collaboration and iterative testing, refinement of integrations with third parties, and knowledge transfer through mentoring of HRIS staff to sustain operational ownership. OneMain Financial integrated Workday Benefits with its enterprise HCM footprint to link Benefits Administration to payroll, reporting, and compliance workflows.
