Operational governance was exercised by an onsite subject matter expert who served as liaison to outside ERP and IT contractors, troubleshot system errors, and monitored and spearheaded pending ERP improvements. Change oversight combined hands-on troubleshooting, report lifecycle management, and coordination with external consultants to maintain NAV stability and evolving configuration needs.
