In 2017, OTB Group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, deploying the Core HR solution across its international fashion brands including Diesel, Marni, Maison Margiela, Viktor & Rolf, Staff International and Brave Kid. The implementation established a consolidated platform for employee master data and organizational structures across the group.
The deployment was delivered in collaboration with ccelera and focused on core HR capabilities such as employee master data management, organizational management, position and job structures, and standard employee lifecycle workflows. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was configured to support unified workforce profiles, HR administration, and consistent HR record keeping.
Operational coverage included corporate and brand HR teams for approximately 6500 employees, aligning people operations across multiple brands and corporate functions. This centralized record approach served as the group's single source for Core HR information and workforce profiles.
Governance work included establishing master data controls and role based access for HR administrators, paired with change management activities led by ccelera to embed new HR workflows. The program emphasized improving the people experience and creating a maintained single source of truth for core HR through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

In 2006, OTB Group implemented Dedagroup Stealth 3000 Fashion ERP as a Retail Management platform. The deployment targeted enterprise retail operations and brand merchandising, and OTB Group contributed personnel to the IT project team from 2006 to 2010. Dedagroup Stealth 3000 Fashion ERP was configured to support core retail functions including merchandising, inventory control, order management, procurement and financial transaction processing. The implementation established a single product master and collection management capability to align assortments across retail and wholesale channels.
Architecturally the program centered on a centralized ERP core with distributed store and warehouse endpoints, enabling integrations with point of sale systems, warehouse management processes and corporate financial ledgers. Functional modules implemented included product master and collection management, stock lifecycle management, purchasing and accounts payable, and order to cash workflows consistent with Retail Management solutions. Governance and rollout were managed by the internal IT project team through staged brand and channel deployments, combined with data governance and configuration controls to standardize processes across business functions.
