The project team defined business roles, updated work centers, authored functional specifications for required cloud enhancements, and supported data upload and migration into the production tenant.
Integration responsibilities were executed in coordination with a SAP Business One consultant to replicate Accounts, Contacts, Products and External Pricing into Sales Quotes within Cloud for Customer from SAP Business One. The integration established master data and pricing flows between SAP Business One ERP and SAP Sales Cloud to enable quote creation and pricing consumption in the cloud while retaining product and pricing definitions in the ERP.
Governance and rollout activities included role based access and work center alignment to business process owners, a structured testing program with business user participation, and handoff of migrated production data to operations. Functional specifications covered both Cloud for Customer enhancements and the integration, supporting controlled changes to sales and service workflows.
