The project also integrated the HRIS with learning management tooling named INX LMS, Intuition, and Inflight, and supported automation of site access to site compliance along with automated manifest rosters and flight scheduling for site logistics.
Governance and operationalization focused on aligning system configuration to corporate standards and operational readiness activities, with HR ownership for policy and procedure development, workforce planning and budgeting inputs, and return to work case management. The rollout supported broader people programs such as leadership development, graduate and cadet pipelines, a bi monthly engagement survey and feedback loop, and embedding company values through training and workforce analytics. These changes concentrated on enabling HR, talent management, learning and site operations to use SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the authoritative Core HR record and transactional system.
