In 2019 Pacsun implemented Infor CloudSuite Corporate as the enterprise financial platform, deploying the Infor CloudSuite Corporate ERP Financial application to consolidate core accounting functions across the combined Eddie Bauer and PacSun retail operations. The rollout targeted centralized Accounts Payable, inventory accounting, and lease accounting capabilities within a retailer context of approximately 9,500 employees and $1.1 billion in revenue.
The implementation focused on Accounts Payable automation, inventory accounting workflows, and lease accounting modules, with explicit work on ASC842 compliance activities. Teams configured invoice processing workflows and controls in the Accounts Payable module, and mapped lease accounting business rules to the lease accounting functionality inside Infor CloudSuite Corporate.
Operational coverage included consolidation of the Eddie Bauer and PacSun Accounts Payable and Lease accounting departments, and coordination between corporate accounting, IT, and an Infor consultant to align system configuration with shared finance processes. The deployment was executed as a rapid financial systems program spanning combined-company accounting operations, with technical orchestration between internal IT and the Infor consultant.
Governance and process restructuring were led from finance leadership, consolidating AP, inventory, and lease accounting functions and instituting new invoice processing efficiencies. The project explicitly assisted the Controller with ASC842 implementation and delivered targeted process improvements in invoice handling as part of the Infor CloudSuite Corporate ERP Financial deployment.

In 2021, Pacsun implemented UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) as its Core HR application to centralize compensation and HRIS functions across its US retail footprint. The engagement included a remote contract HRIS Compensation Analyst from June 2021 to October 2021 who supported Compensation Manager and Director level stakeholders on reporting and system issue resolution.
Configuration and functional work focused on compensation reporting and query development inside UKG Pro HCM, including custom report creation, vlookup and pivot table market data analysis for requisitions and promotions, monthly auditing of incentive plan eligibility to ensure compensation records reflected mid year changes, and updates to state minimum wage and exempt salary minimums. The implementation also produced system documentation, reference materials, and end user training content to standardize workflows and reporting processes.
The Core HR deployment operated alongside Kronos for time and attendance and labor tracking, using Kronos and UKG custom reports for employee time collection and labor analytics. Integrations facilitated labor data flows between timekeeping and the Core HR platform, and provided the executive team consolidated compensation and market data reports covering all stores.
Governance and operational controls emphasized monthly incentive eligibility audits, escalation handling for UKG and UTA technical data and user issues, and maintenance of HR system documentation to preserve data integrity and training continuity. The scope of work explicitly covered compensation configuration, payroll adjacent eligibility checks, and store level HR reporting for Pacsun in the United States.

In 2023 Pacsun implemented Manhattan Active Point of Sale to extend its Manhattan Active Omni order management capabilities and modernize in-store checkout across its approximately 300 U.S. stores. The deployment completed in 2025 and, according to the vendor announcement, delivered faster checkout, improved store-based fulfillment, and stronger omnichannel performance during peak seasons.
The implementation used Manhattan Active Point of Sale as the retailer's Point Of Sale platform, enabling mobile checkout and unified inventory visibility at the store level. Configuration focused on POS transaction processing, mobile-assisted checkout workflows, and inventory synchronization to support store-based fulfillment and unified order orchestration between stores and digital channels.
Integration work explicitly extended Manhattan Active Omni order management to surface inventory visibility and to coordinate fulfillment activities from stores. Operational scope covered store operations, inventory management, and omnichannel commerce across Pacsun's U.S. store footprint, aligning point of sale actions with centralized order orchestration for pickup and ship from store workflows.
Governance and operations adjustments aligned store teams and corporate order management around the new POS workflows, including updated inventory governance and point of sale procedures to support mobile checkout and omnichannel order flow. Manhattan Active Point of Sale functions as Pacsun's domain for transaction management, in-store fulfillment orchestration, and real time inventory visibility, linking store execution to Manhattan Active Omni for end to end omnichannel operations.
