Palladium Hotel Group owns and operates a chain of hotels and resorts. The company was founded in 2012 and is based in Ibiza, Spain. It has hotels and destinations in Spain, Brazil, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
Scope and Challenges
Deciding to go through another transformation in 2 years is the group's importance of customer engagement. Besides changing their HCM platform in 2016, a year later they went on another digital journey, this time disrupting the CRM infrastructure.
Palladium Hotel Group, adopted the SAP® Hybris® Marketing Cloud solution to help them innovate campaign management, drive digital transformation and deliver an engaging customer experience.
The goal was simple, making guests lifelong fans.
Outcome and Implications
Palladium needed a single database and organizational structure that would unify the data and reporting model for efficient and effective HR decision making, that's why in 2016 they chose Cornerstone HR Suite.
After implementing SAP Marketing Cloud, the company with 13,000 rooms in six different countries, increased e-mail open rate by 22 percent and reduced campaign creation time by impressive 55 percent. The portfolio will allow the company to seamlessly connect the front and back office in order to create a single view of the customer across the enterprise.
