The environment also supported mergers and acquisitions accounting activities, including pushdown accounting entries and coordination with third parties for valuations and audits as part of acquired entity integrations.
Governance was driven through an internal NetSuite System Administrator who managed the GL structure and ongoing procure to pay operations during and after implementation. The program included establishment of KPIs for leadership, realignment of AP workload, and an AP automation outcome that enabled reduced headcount without disruption of services or payments to vendor accounts.
