Paprec Group in 2024 replaced a legacy accounts-payable environment with Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable (part of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP), implementing the new application to achieve AP Automation across its finance stack. The deployment centered on integrating the AP module into the broader Fusion Cloud ERP landscape and placing Oracle Cloud tooling at the center of invoice intake and processing workflows. Implementation work encompassed a migration of integration infrastructure from Oracle Integration Cloud Gen2 to Gen3 — including analysis, configuration, optimization, debugging and new development — plus enhancement and troubleshooting of existing integrations. The project automated file loading, transformation, parsing, and process scheduling using OIC Services with REST APIs, FBDI and prebuilt adapters, and delivered OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards for AP reporting. An Oracle Cloud consultant has been engaged (Feb 2025–present) to continue integration development and operational support, indicating the implementation covers transaction-level AP processing, scheduled inbound data feeds, and finance reporting within Paprec’s Fusion ERP environment.
