Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2016
In 2015, Paradise Food Court implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its ERP Financial platform to centralize finance and retail operations across its outlets and corporate offices in India. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment targeted core business functions including finance, purchasing, warehouse management and planning, with explicit emphasis on finance operations and reconciliations consistent with ERP Financial requirements. The implementation included configuration of purchasing, warehouse, financial management and planning modules within Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and leveraged NAV object design and version-specific capabilities referenced for NAV 2013 and NAV 2015. Functional responsibilities emphasized catalog management and transaction reconciliation, and the implementation narrative required familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server for database and reporting needs. Integrations were implemented between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and retail systems, including LS Retail and LS POS, along with mobile applications, loyalty systems and web applications using API-based web integrations. Architecture design prioritized highly available application patterns to support distributed outlet and office operations, and integration work focused on synchronous and asynchronous API flows between Microsoft Dynamics NAV, point of sale systems and customer-facing channels. Governance and delivery practices were structured around formal SDLC controls, Agile methodology, and comprehensive project documentation including Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, Technical Design Documents, document version and release control, sprint management and UAT project sign off. Operational scope included day to day IT system management at outlets and offices, change management, end-user training and quality management, with project planning, tracking, risk identification and mitigation built into the rollout and ongoing support model.

UiPath Legacy UiPath RPA Platform Robotic Process Automation PaaS n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Paradise Food Court implemented UiPath RPA Platform to automate its daily revenue reconciliation process, addressing a backlog that extended a one day requirement to five days. The project used Robotic Process Automation to centralize reconciliation for finance across 45 outlets and high-volume aggregator channels. The UiPath RPA Platform was configured with two production robots that orchestrate data extraction, consolidation, reconciliation logic, and exception handling. Robots access data from the company ERP system, an intermediary order aggregation tool, aggregator dashboards and email feeds for bank debit and credit card details, consolidating per-outlet transaction sets into a single reconciliation file and applying mapping rules and multi-step checks to flag exceptions. Integrations included explicit links to four aggregators, Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats and Food Panda, plus internal order and finance systems to support both restaurant-level and later order-level reconciliation workflows. The automation addressed approximately 6,000 transactions per day across 45 outlets, moving from a pilot proof of concept at the restaurant level to broader daily operations. Governance and process changes were led by Finance and IT, who prioritized an RPA roadmap, trained internal staff on the UiPath RPA Platform and redefined roles to focus on exception resolution and liaison with aggregators. Three full time employees were repurposed from manual data entry and consolidation to investigative and reconciliatory tasks, improving role satisfaction. Outcomes reported by Paradise include a reduction in time to complete one day of revenue reconciliation from five days to four hours, 100% accuracy in the automated reconciliation process, two UiPath Robots in production and repurposing of three FTEs. Financial discrepancies fell from Rs. 20 lakhs per month to Rs. 50,000 per month within two months of automation, and identification and resolution cycles for mismatches shortened substantially.
