Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Paysafe Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment established Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.4 as the core transactional backbone for financial operations across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Order Management. The implementation configured Oracle E-Business Suite modules AR, AP, GL and OM, and incorporated Oracle Workflow, OAF personalization, Oracle APEX and BI Publisher for operational interfaces and reporting. Functional workstreams included OAF Personalization on supplier pages with new descriptive flexfield attributes such as NetSuite Number, APEX dashboard development to replace the Merchant Foundry portal, and PL/SQL driven data conversions and interfaces. Integrations and data orchestration centered on Oracle Standard APIs to create and update Customers, Suppliers, Party Sites, Customer Account Sites, Customer Contacts, Supplier Sites, Banks, Bank Branches and External Bank Accounts. A Pricing Interface was implemented to synchronize merchant and card specific pricing data into the SOS screens, and agent conversion logic created Agents as Customers in AR and Suppliers in AP while propagating Sub-Agent records as needed. Operational scope included activity tied to the Paysafe Group acquisition of the iPayments business in West Lake Los Angeles, with conversion, cleansing and correction work such as updating Revenue Account CCID, Receivables Account CCID and Accounts Payable CCID for records with bad data. Governance and rollout practices emphasized use of Oracle Standard APIs for data integrity, OAF and APEX changes for user experience adjustments, and Oracle Workflow for approval orchestration.

Oracle Legacy Oracle OBIEE Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Paysafe Group implemented Oracle OBIEE to centralize financial reporting and forecasting for its Account Management division, using the Analytics and BI application to support finance and account management functions. The deployment targeted responsibility for a $150m revenue budget within the Division and the modeling and execution of new product development strategies, establishing short and long term planning targets and linking them to business execution. Oracle OBIEE was configured to produce executive P&L reports and operational dashboards, and to automate month end finance processes that previously required manual manipulation. Paysafe revamped its revenue model so it fed directly into forecasts, budgets and revenue reports, improving forecast accuracy from approximately c3% variance to c1.5% variance against actuals. Reporting workflows leveraged Smart View Oracle Hyperion for P&L presentation and reconciliation, while extraction and manipulation of source data used Oracle Business Intelligence alongside IBM Cognos tools to prepare consolidated datasets. The implementation integrated reporting and forecast workflows across the Account Management function and three Finance department heads, with operational coverage focused on monthly budgeting and variance review cycles. Controls were instituted through recurring monthly meetings with cost centre owners to review monthly variances, KPIs and to surface risks and opportunities, including recharges to other divisions and scenario based savings analyses. Governance changes included structured P&L budget and forecast reviews led by Finance, a cadence of month end close automation, and tighter planning discipline tied to Oracle OBIEE outputs. Those governance and process changes supported a documented outcome of a 5% underspend against the annual budget following the introduction of the new reporting and review routines.
