The AP Automation deployment was rolled out across procurement and finance functions to create end-to-end information flow from requisition to invoice, improving visibility for category managers and risk teams.
Governance and rollout emphasized compliance and process standardization, with payment and contract data surfaced in Coupa Analytics to support decision making. The change lead role continued through September 2017 to January 2020 and focused on stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning interventions to operationalize global processes and stabilize finance and HR business workflows.
