Operational scope emphasized finance and accounting functions and touched IT operations responsible for system administration and storage. Governance activities included documented production cutover procedures, processing scheduling governance, and specification-driven change controls led by internal administrators who also maintained the AIX/SAN infrastructure that supported SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
