Operational coverage targeted Pharmaniaga's pharmacy retail operations in Malaysia, with internal IT staff retaining system administration and first line support responsibilities following the migration.
Governance was managed by an internal migration project team led by the system administrator who previously operated Xilnex POS, the same administrator responsible for identifying system issues and driving the migration effort.
