Integrify Workflow Management replaced manual routing patterns and centralized process visibility, enabling managers to adopt standardized approval workflows and queue driven work management. Governance emphasis centered on staged rollout of high priority processes and establishing process owners to maintain workflow definitions and exception handling. Reported outcomes from the case study include improved visibility, shorter turnaround times and manager adoption following the organization wide rollout of prioritized workflows.
