Rollout governance emphasized centralized training, extensive post-migration support and correction of defects in both standard and customized components. Operational coverage extended across maintenance, quality, finance invoicing, manufacturing and payroll functions under the Enterprise Asset Management platform, with internal analyst programmer resources maintaining and refining configurations after go-live.
