Ivalua Inc Legacy Ivalua Invoice Processing Automation AP Automation ERP Financial Management OptiBuy 2019 2019
In 2019, PKP Energetyka Poland implemented Ivalua Invoice Processing Automation as a SaaS based element of a broader Advanced Procurement deployment. The initiative explicitly targeted AP Automation to modernize procurement and accounts payable workflows across the organisation, with rollout planned to cover operations in nine facilities throughout Poland. The implementation configured Ivalua Invoice Processing Automation alongside modules for Contracts registration, e Catalogs, Tender Management and Supplier Relationship Management SRM, with the final phase focused on invoice handling. Functional automation addressed proceedings, negotiations, contract approvals and invoice lifecycle management to reduce manual processing and provide a centralised contracts and transaction history for buyers. The deployment used Ivalua’s cloud architecture and included explicit integration design with the company SAP environment to synchronize purchase orders, contract metadata and invoice posting. OptiBuy served as the implementation partner responsible for configuration, certified team delivery and tailoring of user experience to internal procurement processes. Operational coverage concentrated on procurement and accounts payable teams, positioning the solution to become the transactional backbone for procurement activities. Governance and rollout were managed over a year long project with emphasis on supplier onboarding, transparency of procurement operations and user experience. Stated objectives included increasing the safety of transactions, improving internal process effectiveness, ensuring a foundation for long term development and building competitive advantage. The project aimed to eliminate manual errors, shorten time spent on procurement processes and centralise supplier and contract data to support more informed buyer decisions.

Blunovation Legacy BluSezam CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, PKP ENERGETYKA implemented BluSezam CMMS to support enterprise asset management and maintenance digitization across its energy and utilities operations in Poland. The BluSezam CMMS deployment was cited by the vendor Blunovation as a customer engagement focused on consolidating work orders and inspections and centralizing maintenance records and scheduling across maintenance teams. The implementation addressed enterprise maintenance needs within the utilities sector rather than a single-site pilot. Module usage is inferred from vendor BluSezam module descriptions and aligned with Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) capabilities, including an asset registry and hierarchical equipment modeling, preventive maintenance scheduling, work order management, and structured inspection workflows. The configuration likely incorporated mobile-enabled field data capture and inspection checklists to support technicians, alongside reporting and dashboarding for maintenance backlog and compliance visibility. BluSezam CMMS was positioned to provide EAM and CMMS functional coverage across routine and inspection-driven maintenance activities. Operationally the rollout covered maintenance and operations teams across PKP ENERGETYKA sites in Poland, consolidating inspection schedules and standardizing work order execution under centralized maintenance workflows. Governance adjustments emphasized centralized work order control and standardized inspection processes to align asset lifecycle activities with enterprise maintenance practices. The PKP ENERGETYKA BluSezam CMMS relationship documents Blunovation’s application of Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) functionality to core maintenance and asset management business functions.
