Tungsten Automation Legacy Kofax ReadSoft Online AP Automation ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Place du Marche (ex Toupargel Group) implemented Kofax ReadSoft Online as an AP Automation solution to support Accounts Payable and overhead accounting functions. The deployment targeted invoice processing workflows used by the Toupargel Civreux accounting team and the company finance organization in France. Kofax ReadSoft Online was configured to handle invoice capture and OCR data extraction, automated invoice processing, and exception handling for varied supplier invoice types. The implementation supported processing of supplier invoices, transport invoices, and entry of various FG invoices, with the system used directly for invoice processing tasks by AP staff. Operational coverage included accounts payable, overhead accounting, and mailroom intake where mail sorting fed invoice capture into ReadSoft, enabling downstream AP activities such as invoice entry and account lettering. Day to day activities documented by accounting staff include entering supplier invoices, processing transport invoices, lettering of accounts, and monitoring of supplier accounts, all routed through Kofax ReadSoft Online as the AP Automation layer. Governance and workflow responsibilities were aligned to AP and overhead accounting teams at the Civreux site, with processes for monitoring and management of installments related to receivership, follow up and lettering of accounts, and reconciliation of CB accounts integrated into operational procedures. The implementation centralized invoice capture and validation in Kofax ReadSoft Online to structure AP processing and daily bookkeeping tasks without reference to a named prior system.
