Additional realizations covered benefits and payroll feature work, including creation of Health Savings Account plans, medical plans, and 401(k) plans with complex vesting and employer contribution rules, implementation of payroll gross-up, application of BSI upgrades and bulletins, a complete redesign of the salary statement, and development of new interfaces to support payroll and HR data flows. The program also encompassed conversions for company structural changes such as mergers or downsizing, and maintained test environment provisioning through TDMS. Ongoing operational governance emphasized stability and user enablement, with responsibilities for corrective maintenance, enhancements, internal trainings and presentations, leading end of year activities, managing benefits open enrollment, applying statutory changes, and running comprehensive support processes with collaborative communications to internal customers. The delivery team led conceptual design, blueprinting, and in depth realization of multiple projects, and achieved a significant reduction in SAP total cost of ownership by empowering users, training less-experienced peers, stabilizing the system, and aligning processes with best practices.
