In 2013 Prayon deployed the iRecruit application for Recruiting. The company had utilized CMS iRecruit in conjunction with SAGE ABRA HRMS since 2005 when it moved to a 100% electronic application process.
The iRecruit implementation centrally manages the end to end applicant lifecycle, using Notes, Applicant Tracking, and Onboarding modules to capture candidate interactions and stage records. iRecruit functions as the recruiting CMS front end while SAGE ABRA HRMS remains the HRMS of record for hired employees, preventing the HRMS from accumulating every applicant record.
Integration between iRecruit and SAGE ABRA HRMS is implemented to control which candidate records are persisted into the HRMS recruiting solution, reducing data bloat inside SAGE ABRA HRMS. Operational coverage is focused on Prayon's HR recruiting and onboarding workflows, and the customer reports that the new version of iRecruit meets their needs and alleviates unnecessary applicant data growth in the HRMS.

In 2016 Prayon implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The implementation established Microsoft 365 across the organization, and public signals indicate Prayon is using Microsoft 365 on their website.
The Microsoft 365 deployment centralized core Collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online for corporate email, SharePoint Online for document libraries and intranet content, OneDrive for personal file sync, Microsoft Teams for real time communications, and the Office desktop and web apps for productivity. Configuration signals are consistent with a cloud tenant model, including centralized identity and access management through Azure Active Directory and policy driven governance for mail, files, and Teams provisioning.
Operational coverage targeted corporate functions and plant teams within the Belgium headquartered manufacturing organization, aligning Collaboration tooling with engineering, quality, supply chain, and commercial groups. Governance focused on standardizing collaboration templates, retention and compliance settings, and staged user onboarding with role based access controls and training to support adoption.

In 2023, Prayon deployed DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution embedded on its public website. The Belgium based manufacturing company with approximately 1,200 employees uses the implementation to capture legally binding signatures on web initiated documents.
The implementation configures DocuSign eSignature signing flows to be embedded within site pages, providing envelope creation, recipient routing, multi factor authentication support, and full audit trail capture aligned with common eSignature capabilities. DocuSign eSignature is used as the signing layer for document lifecycle steps such as signature capture, status tracking, and certificate issuance.
Operational coverage focuses on external facing document workflows on the website, enabling signings from customers, partners, or third parties without requiring an internal client application. This approach centralizes digital signature capture under the Digital Signing application and maintains transaction logs for compliance review.
Governance is expected to follow typical Digital Signing controls with authentication policies, role based signature routing, and retained audit logs for legal traceability configured within the DocuSign eSignature environment. The architecture is web integrated, leveraging DocuSign eSignature as the signing layer for online forms and document journeys exposed via Prayon’s website.
