Target operating model planning informed application portfolio rationalization and standardized process orchestration for finance and HR workflows across regions. Governance and rollout were structured through the Global Enterprise Architecture team, with solution centric and enterprise architecture activities ensuring the technical direction aligned to business strategy. This governance framework covered solution definition, design approvals, configuration baselines and operating model changes required to embed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 into Premier Farnells global Finance and HR operations.

Project activities also coordinated recruitment sourcing and talent system work streams such as JobMate implementation and provided advice on Taleo configuration, with technical liaison to GIS on integration and technical issues. Governance and delivery followed Agile methodology using JIRA, with process mapping of as is and to be states, functional specification development, user guide creation, and HR Core and Payroll data migration planning. The program assigned lead HRIS and payroll analyst responsibilities for configuration and technical support, and documentation emphasized role based process changes and operational handover to Global HR Operations.

Legal exception handling for required disclosures is documented as part of the operational and access controls that govern chat data retention and cross-company workflows.
