Operational coverage concentrated on HR and Learning and Development functions, with the senior L&D officer coordinating induction training, OJT, certification projects, and teambuilding events through the platform. Staff reported proficiency with Boss INet HRMS as the operational interface for these processes, and the BOSS Core HR deployment was used to monitor HRDF claimable external trainings and to keep training documentation organized for ISO internal audit participation. Governance and process changes included formalizing training planning and recordkeeping within the application, assigning L&D ownership for certification and compliance records, and embedding the training calendar into routine HR workflows.
