Integrations and Data Conversion were explicit elements of the program, delivering system-to-system feeds for payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration and enterprise reporting while consolidating absence records in Workday. The deployment approach addressed multi-language content, translated employee guidance and country specific localization to ensure consistent absence handling across regions.
Governance and program execution were led by a Program Lead who served on a global, multi-functional team from Jan 2019 to Sep 2021, coordinating configuration, testing, data migration and country level localization activities on-site. The rollout impacted HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation and reporting functions and relied on centralized program leadership to orchestrate global standards alongside local compliance work.
