In 2021, Profource implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as part of its Oracle Fusion applications practice. The company has a prior Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM Cloud go live recorded in January 2016 after a five month project that onboarded 250 users, and the 2021 entry positions Oracle Cloud ERP within that ongoing cloud-first program.
The deployment consolidated core business and back-office operations into Oracle Cloud ERP and co‑implemented HCM Cloud capabilities to provide an integrated application footprint. Functional coverage emphasized integrated financial and operational workflows, continuous optimization of application releases, a unified user experience accessible anytime on any device, real-time reporting and visibility into work in progress, and enhanced security controls.
Architecturally the implementation removed point-to-point interfacing by consolidating transactional and back-office modules into a single Oracle Cloud ERP estate, and it explicitly replaced an Oracle eBS based application previously used by the organization. The scope reported included roughly 250 named users and a rapid five month delivery timeline for the earlier Fusion project, evaluated and applied as part of Profource’s consultancy capabilities in the Netherlands.
Governance and rollout followed the internal Profource Best Practice way, with an internal project team developing a standardized fast implementation approach to accelerate configuration and adoption. Stated outcomes included reduced cost and complexity, elimination of hardware and software maintenance burden, optimized processes, improved real-time management and monitoring, and the ability to demonstrate Oracle Cloud ERP benefits to customers.

In 2021 Profource implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as part of its Fusion Applications adoption program. The broader program began with a Fusion ERP and HCM Cloud project that went live in January 2016 after a five month implementation covering 250 users, and the 2021 work aligned Profource to the latest available Oracle Application set for Core HR.
Oracle Cloud HCM was configured to centralize core HR and back office modules, delivering a single integrated system for personnel administration, workforce management, and transactional HR workflows. The implementation emphasized real time reporting and an overview of work in progress so required actions are immediately visible, and the deployment was optimized for anytime any device access and continuous optimization.
Architecturally the deployment moved Profource away from its Oracle eBS based application to a Fusion cloud model, removing external interfaces to create a system without interface to other systems. The integrated Fusion ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM implementation consolidated data flows between finance and HR, eliminated on premise hardware and software maintenance, and incorporated enhanced security controls as described by the project team.
The rollout used the Profource Best Practice way with an internal project team that developed a standardized fast implementation method, covering 250 users across core business and back office functions. Profource cites reduced cost and complexity, improved user experience, continuous improvement capability, and the ability to monitor and manage business in real time as explicit benefits of the Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementation.

In 2021, Profource implemented Smartsupp.com on its public website. The deployment uses Smartsupp.com as a web chat and conversational interface within the Chatbots and Conversational AI category to provide real-time customer interaction capability for the Netherlands-based professional services firm.
The implementation centered on embedding the Smartsupp.com chat widget across client-facing site pages, configured to support live chat, automated messaging workflows, and capture of chat transcripts, consistent with Chatbots and Conversational AI functional patterns. Operational coverage ties the channel to customer-facing processes in sales, marketing, and client support, routing web conversations to internal agents and retaining interaction records for follow-up. Governance focused on defining ownership of the chat channel, configuring messaging flows and agent handoff procedures, and instrumenting the widget as a primary web engagement point rather than an auxiliary contact method.
