Governance and process controls were formalized around reconciled receipts, coding reviews, credit card related balance sheet reconciliations, and timely resolution of bank statement discrepancies. The finance team produced monthly credit card spending reports for the CFO, prepared journal entries for month end and year end close, and supported audits as part of the Oracle NetSuite ERP rollout for ERP Financial operations.
