SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was integrated into a heterogeneous application landscape, leveraging Microsoft BizTalk for systems integration and B2B interfaces and linking HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors for HCM synchronization. The ERP environment coexisted with public cloud workloads on Microsoft Azure, low-code front ends on Outsystems, CMS on Adobe AEM, collaboration platforms Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and RPA automation via UiPath, indicating an orchestrated mix of on premise ERP and cloud services.
Governance remained within Group ICT with explicit service management and application operations ownership, supporting continuous configuration management, authorization governance and integration oversight. The deployment established a stable financial application platform and operating model that enabled subsequent cross-application integrations and ongoing ICT-led enhancements.
