In 2017 Queensland Building and Construction Commission selected and deployed the new application ELMO Learning Management (Apps Category: Learning and Development) to replace a legacy learning system. The implementation was operated out of the Learning & Development team: the Principal L&D Advisor managed DiSC assessments and materials, delivered instructor-led DiSC and leadership sessions across Brisbane and regional offices, and developed Emerging Leaders content aligned to organisational leadership capabilities. The team built eLearning in Articulate and uploaded those modules into ELMO LMS, managed learning records and reporting inside the platform, and coordinated external providers’ technical training through the same system. Implementation activity emphasizes centralised content management, assessment administration, user-facing course delivery across multiple sites, and formalised learning-data reporting workflows within ELMO.

Queensland Building and Construction Commission in 2023 deployed Google Tag Manager as its new tag management application, replacing a legacy tagging approach. The implementation consists of GTM installed on the commission’s public website to centralize and standardize client‑side tag deployment and configuration, allowing non‑development teams to manage analytics, conversion and marketing tags without code changes to site source. Operationally this positions tag governance and web measurement as the primary functional areas under the Tag Management category, consolidating tag control onto a single platform for the organization’s web estate.
