Temenos Legacy Temenos T24 Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2017
In 2016, Raiffeisen Bank Suisse implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking application. The program was governed by a Lead Technical Architect who monitored scope creep, managed change control, led testing and quality assurance, and coordinated the roll out across project teams. The Temenos T24 deployment was configured with a hybrid front end using edgeConnect to deliver an RNet Hybrid Application and enhanced UXP components. Functional workstreams focused on PSD2 JSON integration for account and payment interfaces, development of third party widget integration for onward connectivity into edgeConnect, and orchestration of UI and business logic through edgeConnect patterns. Integration architecture centered on edgeConnect mediated connections into the Temenos T24 Core Banking System, using edgeConnect JSON/Webservices Integration Rule, Web Services and Java Integration Rule implemented via GCL bean, and REST and SOAP based services for external system interfacing. The technical design emphasized API and web service integration layers to bridge external channels and third party widgets into Temenos T24. Project governance combined technical architecture oversight with product development leadership, including resource identification and assignment, creation and execution of project plans and timelines, regular status reporting, scheduled team status meetings, deliverable review before client presentation, and timely issue escalation. Operational ownership included routing work across responsible teams and managing day to day project execution to support the Temenos T24 Core Banking implementation.
