Configuration work focused on business process orchestration and security, including configuring Business Process Security Policies for Advanced Compensation, Benefits, unions and workforce planning, and building business process models to document existing and target workflows. Functional and technical specification documents were produced for payroll interface requirements and for HR and Payroll related custom reports, reflecting a detailed translation of user requirements into design artifacts.
Integrations and data movement were executed using Workday Cloud Connect, Enterprise Interface Builder EIB and iLoad mechanisms, with custom integrations to third party applications where required. Data conversion efforts consolidated prior HCM sources covering HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration and Time and Labor into Workday HCM modules, and reporting deliverables used Workday Report Writer, composite reports and BIRT layouts to serve HR and Payroll report consumer groups.
Implementation governance included requirements gathering sessions, development of functional design specifications, development of technical specifications for interfaces, and knowledge transfer to client teams. Ongoing responsibilities encompassed managing data conversions, business process configuration, security policy management and supporting report maintenance and delivery aligned to the Absence and Leave Management scope.
