Operational scope was concentrated on property management and facilities teams at the building site, with MRI Workspeed supporting coordination between the property administrator, building engineer, and external service providers.
Governance and workflow changes formalized request intake and routing into the work order system, assigned responsibility for vendor follow up and service verification, and centralized tenant billing and access management under the direction of the property manager. MRI Workspeed functioned within REDICO's Facility Management processes to centralize work order execution and administrative control of building operations.
