In 2010, REDICO implemented MRI Workspeed, a Facility Management application. The deployment targeted building-level operations at REDICO's 150 West Jefferson Building and supported the property management office, including property managers, a property administrator, building engineers, and day porters.
MRI Workspeed served as the primary work order and service request platform, used for logging tenant requests into the work order system, initiating and tracking vendor and warranty service calls, and documenting vendor performance and scheduling. Functional capabilities implemented included work order management, tenant request logging, billing support for tenant-specific service requests, and coordination of supplies and daily operational tasks.
The application was operated alongside MRI Web X and the Nexus Payables System as part of REDICO's facilities stack, enabling administrative workflows for tenant billings, monitoring tenant receivables and collections activities, and maintaining vendor files. Operational scope was concentrated on property management and facilities teams at the building site, with MRI Workspeed supporting coordination between the property administrator, building engineer, and external service providers.
Governance and workflow changes formalized request intake and routing into the work order system, assigned responsibility for vendor follow up and service verification, and centralized tenant billing and access management under the direction of the property manager. MRI Workspeed functioned within REDICO's Facility Management processes to centralize work order execution and administrative control of building operations.
