The implementation covered North American operations and directly impacted billing, audit, carrier management, and transportation operations functions. Automation of audit workflows reduced manual billing reconciliation work, and BI-driven carrier analysis supported operational decisions tied to domestic product expansion. Governance changes included formalizing audit and billing exception workflows and centralizing freight bill approval and reporting within Banyan LIVE Connect. The project produced explicit outcomes including six figure savings attributed to FBM, approximately 50 percent improvement in billing KPI efficiency, and support for 50 percent domestic product growth without increasing headcount.
