Employee Central served as the core human resources record and workforce profile, while surrounding SuccessFactors modules supported talent lifecycle workflows and on-prem payroll processing. Architecturally the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central deployment was integrated with SAP S/4 Hana ERP, SAP Billing, and SAP BPC, and it connected to the Masar System (Hybris) which provides an integrated traveler help desk for missing luggage, handicap assistance, traveler feedback, and social media tracking. SNS followed SAP Activate agile methodology to guide the combined on-premises and cloud deployment model, enabling staged integrations between HR, ERP, billing, financial consolidation, and the traveler service layer. Governance and rollout emphasized partner and stakeholder alignment across local and global teams, with SNS coordinating digital platform design and operational handoffs to airport customer service and HR operations. The program explicitly targeted full automation and integration of the customer help line and end-to-end complaint resolution workflows to streamline service handling across departments. Operational outcomes reported during initial operation included over 18,000 tickets opened in month one, interactions with over 25,000 travelers, and 260,000 social media posts tracked through the integrated help desk.
