In 2020 RCBC initiated an implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP associated with Evosys. The Oracle Cloud ERP program targeted ERP Financial capabilities to centralize corporate finance processes across RCBC in the Philippines, with project activity documented from October 2020 through December 2021.
The deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP focused on core ERP Financial functional modules common to bank finance operations, including general ledger orchestration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and financial reporting configuration. Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to support period close workflows, chart of accounts rationalization, and role based financial controls aligned to banking finance practices.
Integrations were a defined component of the architecture, with inbound integrations into Oracle Fusion Finance explicitly referenced, and a set of custom applications implemented to provide both inbound and outbound connectivity. The technical design emphasized an integration layer that ingests transactional feeds into Oracle Fusion Finance and exposes finance data to downstream custom applications through API and batch interfaces.
Program governance included a defined implementation timeline from October 2020 through December 2021 and involvement from Evosys as an associated implementation partner. Operational coverage centered on RCBC finance organizations in the Philippines, with process changes scoped around centralized financial processing, system based controls, and integration orchestration between Oracle Cloud ERP and bespoke applications.

In 2014, RCBC implemented Adrenalin Max HCM, Core HR, as its group wide human capital management platform. The deployment was driven by the need to support associates across 435 branches and multiple head office locations, and RCBC selected Adrenalin from the Polaris house and vendor Adrenalin to meet those scale and configurability requirements.
The implementation centered on Core HR capabilities including workforce administration, recruitment, performance management, talent development, payroll software, HR analytics, enterprise collaboration and mobile access. Adrenalin Max HCM was configured to support end to end HR workflows from candidate intake through performance and talent development, with emphasis on configurable business rules and process automation typical of a Core HR solution.

In 2012, RCBC implemented Infosys Finacle as its Core Banking solution on an IBM System z server to transform consumer banking operations and support an aggressive customer growth strategy. The deployment was positioned to consolidate customer data and enable scalable transaction processing to support retail banking and payments functions across the organization.
The Infosys Finacle implementation focused on core account processing, customer information management to establish a single source of customer information, and payment and card processing capabilities to support the MyWallet electronic cash card product. Configuration work emphasized customer data consolidation and personalization capabilities to anticipate customer needs and enable value-added offerings such as micro-financing and expanded point-of-sale partnerships with grocery retailers.
The architecture used the IBM System z platform to deliver high transaction throughput and security for a banking environment with significant monthly transaction volumes. The program upgraded 96 application systems, reconfigured over 400 branches, and migrated 3.2 million customers, with the potential to impact approximately 3 million transactions month on month. Operational coverage extended across branch networks, card and payments operations, and targeted expansion into provincial markets to reach under-banked segments including farmers and small business owners.
Governance and rollout were orchestrated to avoid service disruption, with RCBC leadership describing the transition as smooth and supported by technology teams throughout the process. RCBC expects Infosys Finacle to provide the foundational Core Banking capabilities required to increase MyWallet adoption, enable new micro-financing services, and support the bank s stated customer growth targets through 2014.
